Amy is a course contributor to the EDS Training’s Paediatric Sleep
Training courses for Occupational Therapists (OT) and one of EDS
Training’s level six tutors.
Amy has worked as an OT for 13 years and has experience in the
field of adult and paediatric learning disabilities, having worked in
the East Hampshire Community NHS team and various special and
mainstream schools across London. Amy has post graduate
training in sensory integration, including the Sensory Integration
and Praxis test.
In addition to working with EDS Training, Amy works as a private
sleep practitioner, as well as using her sleep training knowledge in
her day job, within special needs schools. She is passionate about
supporting families of children with additional and complex needs to
overcome sleep problems, including children with moderate to
severe learning disabilities, visual impairments, ADHD, ASD and
other neurodevelopmental conditions. Amy is a member of the
British Sleep Society and the International Paediatric Sleep Society.
