TABITHA MOYNAGH

Tabitha.jpeg

With over 22 years of experience working with children and families, Tabitha’s background is rooted in both education and clinical practice. Tabitha holds a PGCE (Early Years) and achieved Early Years Professional Status (EYPS). Day to day, Tabitha works closely with the NHS (CAMHS and Community Paediatrics), specialising in complex sleep issues for children and teenagers, including those with ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities and medical conditions. She also has considerable experience in teaching professionals on the subject of understanding and managing paediatric sleep disorders.

Alongside her work with the NHS, Tabitha also works as a private Sleep Practitioner. Having been part of the very first intake to
complete the EDS Level 6 Sleep Training herself, and having completed previous training with EDS Training, Tabitha has a genuine understanding of the course’s depth and the specific challenges faced by professionals wishing to enhance their knowledge in this field.

Outside of her professional life, as mother to three teenage children, she takes great joy in the busy chaos and looks back fondly on the years that her children needed a bedtime story
and to be ‘tucked in’! Tabitha is a member of The British Sleep Society and The International Paediatric Sleep Association.
